Well, here it is! My growing belly at 20 weeks! So, at week 16-18, the baby has a growth spurt, doubling in size, and I guess my thighs, hips, and butt decided to jump on that bandwagon as well! I feel great again, happy to be done with the first trimester and that passing out junk:) I still have to be careful and do black out here and there, but have not come that close to passing out since I made it to 14 wks. The only bothersome symptom I have with both pregnancies is nasty leg cramps. And, I mean INTENSE cramps, some times my entire leg from my feet to the thighs! It's amazing how your tollerence level for pain can increase when you deal with something day in and day out:) Lacy has started talking to the baby as research shows the fetus may be able to hear at this point. Her conversation at my belly goes like this "HI BABY! I'm your big sister, Lacy. I LOVE YOU!" and then finishes with a kiss:) Then, Lacy gets hugs and kisses for being a great big sister! So, I hope these photos work for now. Abby, ok, now you have to take your guess! Boy? Girl?

You look great, Kelly!
You look so cute!! Carl voted boy, but I'm sayin' girl.
I think you look great for 20 weeks! Even though we don't know each other I am praying for you. God bless!
Really cute photos - I too had the problem with nasty leg cramps. The midwife recommended liquid calcium with magnesium taken at a 2:1 ratio. taken right before bed. You can find "Liquid Cal-Mag Calcium & Magnesium" at Whole Foods or supplement stores. The stuff taste nasty as all get out but it sure does the trick and got rid of my leg cramps (which were waking me up 2-3 times at night). I would take it like a shot and try and get it down all in one gulp. It comes in blueberry flavor too which was not as bad as the plain. It's sort of like intensified yogurt. Good luck!
Em...guess what:) That is what Lacy took for reflux AND I am taking a great magnesium tablet at night that is really helping, but I will have to try the actual cal-mag if it gets worse, I am already on SO many extra supplement(folic, multi, magnesium for sleeping, iron for anemia) that another might send me over the edge:) ....and yeah, the magnesium tastes NASTY. Lacy had to take a vanilla flavor as some other flavors were not helpful for reflux. thanks!
Kelly, you look so great!
Yay. That bump really makes it real for those of us far away (aka ME). You are looking fantastic. PS I love the shirt AND still love the darker hair color!
If you are interested in cutting some suppliments, my midwife had me drink Nettle tea for a great source of iron. And don't forget the raspberry leaf tea too. I swear up and down that helped make my long labor so tolerable. You can mix the two teas too and even by them already blended in some pregnancy teas. Just a suggestion anyways
