Happy Mother's Day!

Well, this definitely was not your ideal Mother's Day as Lacy and I had our picture taken at Eddy's office after we were done with church. Yup, he had a work 'emergency' and had to be at the office at 8:30am. But, with the economy and ready to deliver our second child any day now...NO complaints by this mommy! And, after Eddy took these, he was able to come home as he had to wait until he was given his portion of the project to work on.
The flower that Lacy is holding is from the Mother's Day portion of our church service. WHICH, never became Mommy's flower, haha, she LOVED it. BUT, at the end of the service the church had put together a cute slide show of all the kids in their classes and then I see the big kids filing in. I think, they were not going to bring in the little ones, and then as the sappy music played, my TINY 2 yr old(compared to the big kids) comes walking down the aisle holding on the rope she was supposed to hold. IMMEDIATELY, I start bawling at how adorable she is, on top of not being shy, and staying where she was supposed to. Which happened to be front row, dead center with a spot light right on her. I grabbed my phone and snapped a photo as Eddy was missing it!! I am so annoyed that because we are out of network I can't get the photo off my phone until I go to Portland, otherwise I would post it for you all to see. The kids simply yelled 'Happy Mother's Day' at the end of the video, but it was very sweet. When I went to pick up Lacy she was SOOO excited to tell me what she just did, as if I missed it:) She did not find me while she was up there..she tried, but did not succeed. Man, and speaking of mother's...I AM my mother's daughter and will probably cry everytime I see Lacy and her baby sister get up to accomplish anything..pregnant or not:)

Happy Mother's Day!!

Hailey tried to eat my church rose. It would have become her's too, but the thorns were still on. My little girl LOVES to smell flowers. Even the fake plant that don't have flowers!
Happy Mothers Day!
