Back on August 17th, when Ashley was 10 weeks exactly, we were loading up from my parents house to head back to Hood River and I noticed Lacy joined in Ashley's tummy time. She wanted to "read" a book to her sissy. I hope you can see just how delighted Ashley gets when her big sister comes to entertain....just precious. I hope Eddy and I can continue and encourage their relationship so it will grow and flourish as they get older.

This is so special! I am sure you and your hubby will do a great job making sure there are many more moments like this to come. There is such a special bond between sisters : ).
Thanks so much for your sympathy over my kitty. That means a lot. Sorry to hear of your story as well. I believe they all go to a better place!
Thanks so much for your sweet blog comment. I am so often reminded by them how HUMAN being a mommy can be.
I will try the lunch idea too. Anything to mix it up a little. Your girls are so adorable with each other. You and Eddy will be fabulous bond keepers I am sure.
One thing that I do (on an almost daily basis) is to pray over the boys' relationship with one another--for the bond between them to continue to grow stronger and that they will be more than just brothers--they will be best friends. My brother and I were always (and still are) really close, and I wanted for my boys to have a really close relationship as well. God is definitely honoring my prayers for them. :) Mom always reminds me that we should always be encouraging and teaching our children to be respectful and loving towards one another...that's definitely a start. I love seeing how much Ashley loves her big sister. It's SO sweet! :)
