Labor Day at the Farm

After a mix-up, we changed our plans and headed off to the local farm, Rasmussen, for Labor Day. My mom had purchased a pair of "butterfly" wings for each girl and of COURSE they came along as well:) The corn maze was open and so was the u-pick flowers. a nice afternoon together in the beautiful Hood River Valley. I think you will notice something in a few photos of Ashley, need I give the hint of 'major milestone'??? Crap.  Now I have both girls going through major milestones at once. Yes...it makes me weepy! I am one blessed momma. Now to catch a couple hours sleep to then take my oldest to her first day of preschool....

This last photo kills me. Learning to walk is a tricky stuff:) Yep, our Ashley is just about a full-time walker. She took her time, letting this momma cherish the baby phase until she is just days away from 15 months.
